| Chicken Mashroom Noodle |
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 pounds chicken pieces
2 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 package Onin Soup Mix
2 cups thinly sliced carrots
2 cups broccoli
2 cups quartered mushrooms
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons corn starch
METHOD
In large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add chicken; brown on both sides. Drain off fat.
Add water stir in soup mix. Cover and simmer 25 minutes.
Add vegetables; bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Remove chicken to platter.
Mix sour cream and corn starch; stir into vegetable mixture. Bring to boil; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly
Serve with noodle
