Coconut Pan Cakes |
INGREDIENTS
2 c flour
salt to taste
pinch of saffron
1 egg
1 1/2 water
1 ts butter
FOR FILLING
1 coconut scraped
250g jaggery
vanilla extract
1/4 c water
pinch of salt
METHOD
1.combine flour,salt,egg,saffron,butter and enough water in a blender and make a batter.
2.heat jaggery in a pan and combine water.when its get trickle add coconut and vanilla extract and pinch of salt.
3.make pan cakes
4.keep the filling in each pan cakes and roll it.
