INGREDIENTS
450g/1lb mixed summer berries
2 oranges, juice only
¼ watermelon, flesh only
2.5cm/1in piece fresh ginger, grated
crushed ice, to serve
METHOD
1. In a blender mix the summer berries with the orange juice.
2. Add the watermelon flesh and grated ginger and process again.
3. Pour into long glasses half filled with crushed ice and serve.
4. As a variation, try using mango flesh or bananas.
