INGREDIENTS
25 crackers, crushed fine
6 Tbls. margarine,
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup Lemon juice
10 oz. Cool Whip
1 can Cherry Pie Filling
METHOD
Mix the graham crackers, margarine, and brown sugar together and pat into a 9x13 pan. Refrigerate, while preparing the filling.
Stir together the sweetened condensed milk, almond extract, vanilla, and Lemon juice until thick. Add the Cool Whip.
Spread the filling over the crust, and spoon 1 can of Cherry Pie Mix over the cream filling. Refrigerate.
